January Newsletter
January blog from ElevateHer International — Empowering women to heal, grow, and thrive across the globe!
Letter From Our CEO
Dear Friend,
I hope this new year is meeting you with hope and possibility.
As the year began, we paused to reflect on what God is doing among us. Like many in our communities, we prayerfully considered a word to guide us into this new season; one that names what God may be inviting us into.
For me, that word is abundance.
It feels fitting because when healing begins to take root, our vision expands. We start to see the God of abundance at work; moving us beyond the limits that pain, trauma, and scarcity once placed on our imagination. Healing helps us recognize that God’s provision is not confined, but generous and overflowing.
My prayer for you this year is that God would open your eyes to see abundance not only to notice it, but to experience it deeply and fully. May it meet you in your faith, your relationships, your purpose, and your hope.
Join us as we believe God for more in this new year.
With gratitude and expectation,
Dieula M. Previlon

ElevateHer Heal Women, Heal the World Fundraising Gala
Our first major event of the year is fast approaching—our Annual “Heal Women, Heal the World” Fundraising Gala.
We hold this gala with two sacred purposes in mind.
First, to celebrate and honor the contributions of women globally.
That is why we intentionally host this gathering during International Women’s Month, as close as possible to International Women’s Day. We pause—on purpose—to recognize, honor, and celebrate the courage, leadership, and resilience of women around the world.
Second, to fundraise for the work ahead.
This evening is an opportunity to share what ElevateHer has been doing, the impact we’ve made together, and the growing need for your continued partnership. We simply could not do this work without you. We invite you not only to celebrate with us, but to stand with us—helping raise the crucial funds needed to sustain and expand our work throughout the year.
Here’s how you can support:
Purchase a ticket (Early Bird pricing is available through February 15)
Sponsor the event

Nominate A Community Leader
This year, we are also honored to introduce a Community Leader Award, which will be presented to two individuals—one woman and one man—who embody the vision of ElevateHer. These honorees are leaders who:
Create safe and empowering spaces for women
Champion trauma-informed care, justice, and healing
Open doors and opportunities for women to thrive
Use their voice, leadership, and influence to elevate women
Embody the spirit of beloved community and shared flourishing
Click the link below to nominate those you know that embodies the vision of ElevateHer.
Our Keynote and Entertainer
We are also thrilled for you to experience the powerful voices who will shape the evening. Our keynote speaker is Angela Robinson, a theater, film, and television actress best known for her role in Tyler Perry’s The Haves and the Have Nots. Joining us as our featured entertainer is Haiti’s beloved cultural icon, Emeline Michel, a global artist known for her breathtaking fusion of traditional Haitian rhythms—kompa, rasyn, and twoubadou—with pop, jazz, and blues.
This will be an unforgettable night. More than that, we believe this will be a year of abundance.
So join us. Celebrate with us. Partner with us.
Together, we heal women and heal the world.
With Joy,
Dieula
