Leadership Training
TRAUMA INFORMED LEADERSHIP TRAINING
ElevateHer’s Trauma-Informed Leadership Training equips leaders to serve with awareness, compassion, and skill. Grounded in God’s care, participants learn and heal together while developing the capacity to lead from a trauma-informed lens. Through a three-level pathway—Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced—leaders deepen self-awareness, build practical tools, and practice creating emotionally safe spaces. Each level concludes with a capstone project and supervision, preparing leaders to host healing circles and apply trauma-informed practices within their own communities and networks—where real safety, restoration, and sustainable impact can take root.
BEGINNER - To equip leaders with a foundational understanding of trauma, including basic definitions, common trauma responses, and a theology of God’s care for those who suffer.
INTERMEDIATE - To deepen leaders’ capacity to understand complex trauma, address sensitive forms of harm, and facilitate healing spaces with greater skill, discernment, and communal awareness, while strengthening their own resilience as caregivers and leaders.
ADVANCED - To equip seasoned leaders to address complex, systemic, and intergenerational trauma, cultivate communal joy and hope, and multiply trauma-healing capacity through coaching, supervision, advocacy, and sustainable community practice.
