Our Mission

ElevateHer exists to empower women to heal from trauma, grow in faith, and thrive in purpose. Our vision is for women to lead thriving lives, unburdened by trauma, fully realizing their potential.

HEAL WOMEN. HEAL THE WORLD.

We are dedicated to empowering women to heal from trauma and equipping them with the tools to help others do the same. We focus on under-resourced communities where access to therapeutic care is limited, because we believe every woman deserves the opportunity to thrive and fulfill her purpose. Through our comprehensive programs, women experience a sense of belonging, receive vital healing, and grow into their potential. Armed with these tools, they not only break cycles of violence and trauma in their own lives but also become catalysts for transforming entire communities for future generations.

“If we are going to see real development in the world then our best investment is WOMEN!”

— DESMOND TUTU

CORE VALUES

Mutuality

We believe that true transformation happens when we learn from one another, fostering shared growth, healing, and empowerment.

God-Centeredness

We believe that true healing, purpose, and transformation are found through faith, aligning our work with God’s guidance and love.

Trauma Informed Care

We acknowledge the deep impact of trauma, ensuring our approach fosters healing, safety, and empowerment for lasting transformation.

Women’s Empowerment

We believe that when women are equipped to heal and lead, they create lasting change in their communities.

Respect For All People

We believe every individual deserves dignity, compassion, and the chance to heal, grow, and flourish.

Hope

We believe hope is the foundation for healing, transformation, and the pursuit of a brighter future for the women we serve.

At ElevateHer, we are committed to empowering women in communities across the world impacted by sexual abuse, domestic violence, civil unrest, government instability, joblessness, and financial insecurity. By addressing the specific challenges these women face, we create safe spaces for healing and foster leadership opportunities that empower them to uplift their families and communities. Through our partnerships, we ensure women receive the support needed to break cycles of trauma and create lasting, positive change.

WHAT SETS US APART?

God-Centered

True healing and transformation come from aligning our efforts with God’s guidance and love. By integrating faith into our trauma healing model, we help women not only overcome their past but also grow in their spiritual journey, discovering their God-given potential.

Dignity as a Right

Every woman deserves to be treated with respect, dignity, and compassion. Our programs are built on the foundation of honoring each woman's inherent worth, regardless of her past or circumstances -- upholding the worth and value of every woman.

Contextualization

Effective healing requires solutions that respect the unique cultural, social, and economic contexts of each community. Our approach is highly adaptable, ensuring that our impact is relevant, allowing us to deliver meaningful, sustainable change while respecting the diversity of every community we work with.

Reciprocity

True impact is achieved through mutual exchange, where we not only offer support but also learn from the women and communities we serve. Our partnerships uplift everyone involved, ensuring that healing, growth, and empowerment flow both ways.

Women As Catalysts

Women gain the skills, confidence, and support to become agents of change, passing on their knowledge to future generations. This bottom-up approach ensures that the impact of our work extends far beyond the individual, creating a ripple effect that transform entire communities.

Qualified Professionals

Our trauma healing initiatives are led by qualified and trusted therapists, counselors, and educators who provide evidence-based care. This professional credibility ensures that every woman receives the highest standard of care, grounded in both clinical expertise and empathy.
