Lauren Moussa has a degree in electrical engineering and she worked at Abbott Laboratories and Amazon. She volunteered with women microfinance groups in India and fundraised for young female survivers of human trafficking, and she saw how injustice and inequality disproportionately impact women around the world. This lead her to become an advocate for gender equality and women centered non-profits.

She was the Director of Global Partnerships at Irving Bible Church and has had the opportunity to travel to 35 different countries and work with non-profits all around the world. She is passionate about cross cultural partnership, sustainability, metrics and her faith.

She is the proud mother of six year old Elijah and she lives with her husband and son in Seattle Washington.
