In 2023, we led a trauma-healing conference in Cap Haitien, Haiti. From that gathering, a new generation of women leaders emerged—among them, Sister Sony, who took what she learned and multiplied it. Just a few weeks ago, she organized and led her own conference that reached 363 women in her community. This is why we do what we do. Because when we invest in one woman, we ignite a ripple effect of healing, leadership, and community transformation.
