Women’s History Month

Dear Friend, It's a fitting day to reconnect with you; the beginning of Women's History Month. As you know, at ElevateHer, we take pride in celebrating women. So this month we will continue with our work and honor the women we serve; for their strength, resilience, and their will to survive and thrive in spite of life's many challenges.

To the women in our midst, we honor you this month and all of the months to come.

If you would like to join us in the work of empowering women to heal from trauma, share our work with a friend or colleague, send us a message, or click the link below to give.Updates and New Faces

In the past few months, we have been busy reorganizing and strategic planning for the future. Some amazing leaders have joined us on the board to help us better align our goals and strategies.  We have hired a wonderful admin who is trauma-informed as she completes her master's in counseling. We are also excited about some new programs we have coming up to meet the needs of even more women in Haiti and in the US.

Dieula will be in Dallas in May

I will be in Dallas in May to meet some of our wonderful supporters and to gain some new ones. If you're in the Dallas area and would like to host a lunch or dinner in May where I can share ElevateHer's vision for the future, please message me for details. I look forward to meeting each of you.

Upcoming Events in March

Just like the women and churches in Haiti, I'm always humbled when churches in the US reach out to us to train their women on trauma, walk alongside them and encourage them. Keep us in your prayers as we join these two churches in March:

March 10-11-EBNJ Church, Irvington, NJ

March 17-19-First Shiloh Baptist Church, Orange, NJ

If your church has a need for trauma-healing resources and interventions, please reach out and let us know how we can be of support to you all.

As always, thank you for your continued support. Our current financial need is to increase our monthly donors. If you're not yet a monthly donor, please take a minute to do so today.
